Good Points

They have unusual and very feminine items. Beautiful catalog.


Bad Points

They spend too much money on pretty models and catalogs, and not enough on the clothing quality. The quality of the clothing received is not as good as what the pictures show.


General Comments

As much as I love the look of their clothing in the catalogs, I cannot bring myself to order from them again. Too often, items I want are on backorder, or are not available in the color I need. I also resent having to pay so much money in shipping and handling to receive the items just to try them on, and then pay a lot more to return them if they don't fit or aren't like the item in the picture. I even received a shirt once that had unfinished hems on the bottom, neck, and sleeves. Lovely catalog, too bad the clothing isn't up to par.
