Insures the person not the vehicle, but then so does RAC.
Poor call centre management. Long waiting time.
I requested AA roadside recovery to help tow the vehicle to a suitable garage, to be told that a patrol vehicle would be with me within 80 minutes. This was as about 6:45pm. A few minutes later someone called up to say his was the patrol vehicle, that he was on his way and would reach me by 8pm. At 8pm, when there was no recovery vehicle in sight, I called again and was told that I was down for repair the next day mid day! When I protestedt the recovery was apparently reschedule and I was told to expect it by 8:50pm. When I complained I was told there was nothing they could do about it because all vehicles were busy. I don't want to go with AA anymore.
