I have been unhappy with the download speeds, as low as 120kb, am paying for 8mg, when I tried to contact supanet on the numbers on thier website I have been unable to get through. The only way I got in touch was the number on one of thier letters I had, had a one hour chat asking for my mac and finally got a different number. Had a nice 2 hour wait to talk to anyone. In my opinion very unhelpful, next to impossible to contact, and the icing on the cake is a bill for 68 pounds to leave, well worth it to get rid of them.
