good facilities
poor customer service
facilities were good, and the local beautiful (by the river) but unaccessible by public transport. The girl who did my fitness plan couldn't give me any specific exercise for my bad back, despite telling her that this was the main reason for signing up. In July I paid £62 and was able to attend just two pilates classes because the studio was flooded. While floods are beyond anyone's control, the management didn't organise any contingency plan, like issuing vouchers to temporarily attend classes at another Cannons gym. Eventually, I was overcharged by one month and the general manager managed to fob me off for a whole month before refunding the money without even apologising. Poor show indeed.
