We have booked numerous cruises with Cruise Value Center but on our last cruise with Holland America we were supposed to receive a $75. per cabin shipboard credit and when we got on the ship we did not have the credit. After the cruise we sent a letter to Cruise Value Center and they have not responded to our letter. Needless to say that we will no longer be using Cruise Value Center.
