Good Points

small, lightweight, fun message tones, excellent for small purses.


Bad Points

battery life STINKS. loses service.


General Comments

I've had my Motorola C333 less than 30 days (through AT&T), which is great because I can exchange it for something that is infinitely more useful. Have had Motorola's in the past and liked them (especially the flip phones), which is why I chose this one. Previous battery life has been as long as 7-8 days standby, and 5 with talk time, including text messaging. Imagine my great disappointment! Have to charge it every other day, and if I talk on it, every day. My service person did not comment on the short battery life, although he had to know. Just kept saying maybe I got one from a bad shipment. Calls are dropped. Service disappears ("Emergency Use Only" or "No Service"). I wouldn't recommend this phone to anyone seriously desiring a working cell phone. What happened to better technology? Motorola should be ashamed!
