General Comments

The motor on my Dyson DC04 burned out completly, I had lost my receipt although I had registered the appliance Dyson would do nothing even with 2 year warrenty.
On watch dog recently same thing happened to another and Dyson said the owner was vacuming the wrong sort of dust!
