Good Points

Easy to obtain reservations/tickets.

Bad Points

Customer sevice is not helpful. I waited an hour on the phone to speak to a customer service representative. It appears that the company cares more about making money then customer satisfaction.

General Comments

It was easy to make hotel reservations through Expedia.com. However, if you do not stay the entire time of your reservation, Expedia nor the Hotel will refund the money for the unused time. When speaking to Expedia customer service, they went out of their way to point out that the contract clearly says that no refunds would be made. Then, they offered me coupons to use their company on a future trip. I am very unsatisfied with the company and would neither use nor recommend them to anyone.
