Good Points

Accurate, consistent power, adjustable rear sight, outstanding value, good composite material finish, quiet and stable, handles cheap ammo.


Bad Points

Questionable reliability, high cocking effort, loading takes dexterity; some pins loosen; slick grip; cheap chrome on trigger and hammer, cocking can pinch fingers and top of barrel has sharp ridges plus rear sight can interfere when closing. However, I am used to all of it.


General Comments

Shot 1,000 rounds through first example, then it would not charge. Returned to Cabela's (good customer service). Second example has gone through a couple thousand rounds and occasionally will not charge (like pumping without resistance). A second effort usually works and 49 out of 50 shots go off without a hitch. Beeman has a one-year guarantee which is nearly up, but, for $40.00, I'll get another one if it fails altogether. The included red-dot sight is poor quality and I quickly removed it. I've gotten more than $40.00 worth of enjoyment.
