General Comments

Had my Sony Ericsson T68 well over a year now and I'm pretty happy with it. I've had no real problems, and would probably consider another Sony Ericsson.

Ability to sychronise with Outlook was for me the main feature after being able to make and receive calls. Diary works great. Contacts also good EXCEPT that postal addresses aren't downloaded so I still have to carry an address book.
Synchronisation software/process a bit flaky, but does usually work.

Email does work, but the device is not really suited to it (too small, very difficult to type, no attachments, etc.).

I have several times used the inbuilt modem to connect my laptop to the internet (via the IR port). Although it's only 28K, it actually worked really well both for connecting to our mail server at work, and even for web browsing (patience needed but everything works eventually).

It is slow to use at times and particularly when starting up, but this seems to be partly due to the number of undeleted messages in the inbox, so it is probably related to memory getting tight. Clearing the inbox helps.

Notes on scoring:
Features: more than I need. Marked down for not synchronising postal addresses with Outlook.

Reception: surely more related to the network? (Orange).

Style: Doesn't bother me much. You should probably ignore this.

Value for money: Mostly a result of it being a free upgrade from Orange. Haven't included that in the overall rating.
