Ease of use, quickness of making product
not enough of a variety of pods... ie: we love Cappuccino, but aren't the biggest fans of Gevalia coffee and would love to buy Cappuccino from another company (not Maxwell House either, since they are the other company that makes cappuccino for use with this product)... but there isn't another one.
We love the sleek look of this machine, the small amount of space it takes up and the ease of use.
