Are just history. Reviews on this site caused me to change insurers to M & S 14 months ago. What an error!
My first premium review went up by 54%. Waste of time to complain because M&S do not even administer their own policies - this is done by another insurance company who do not have any influence over the premium policy.
I bitterly regret getting involved with an insurance outfit which hides behind a third party insurer. Be careful of changing insurer if your dog has a pre-existing condition because cover may be denied.
