Good Points

When all is well they are polite and helpful,


Bad Points

Try to get a phone call through to someone with a pulse, impossible. Press 1. for ? Press 2 for ? press what for a conversation?


General Comments

Virtually impossible to get through on the phone if you are out of the country. I need to speak to Commercial Street Branch with speed, no chance.....I was told by a polite staff member, I will ask someone in Commercial Street to phone you. HO HO HO. as Father Christmas would say. A no no.Im afraid, NOT A WORD. Numbers with an 8 in front (Freephone ) are unobtainable from abroad. So what do I do next? Change Banks I think.
