Kind plane staff, good pilots
Bad Points
Old, worn out and tired planes, always delays for hours even days, hiding info from passengers, unpolite desk service, virtually NO legroom, cancelling flights without caring about passengers, bad food

Nothing, really nothing positive, except maybe the price but they will make you sorry for paying less.
