Good Points
Incredibly light and breathable. The zoom air cushioning softened up quickly and was a joy to run in. The colors were way crazy which was awesome.

Bad Points
The front fore cushioning was a little flat but some may like it this way. Also the waffle bottom didn't have the greatest traction.

General Comments
The shoe is a great runner for those semi serious or just running for weight loss or exercise. It keeps your feet cushioned and shouldn't hurt them even on the first day or two of running. It has great arch support and you'll barely even feel them on your feet.
