General Comments
This is the worst phone I have ever had. I've had it 6 months, and in that time I've put up with all sorts of problems. The time has come that it definitely needs replacing. It keeps switching itself off, 50% of the time when I turn it on it doesn't recognize the SIM card, the back plate has gradually broken to the point that it no longer stays on (so the battery won't stay in), and the cap on the top (covering the charger point) has also broken. I can deal with the short battery life and all the other minor complaints- but there are much bigger issues with this phone.
