Good Points

Good variety of items at good prices. Good website with lots of positive information and feedback. Secure online purchasing.


Bad Points

Details on website appear to be a complete lie. Absolutely no customer service and I wonder if the positive feedback comments are genuine.


General Comments

I ordered a ring as a Christmas present for my husband on 17 Dec and promised delivery by 25 Dec. I am still waiting for the time. All of my emails have been ignored and I was not able to telephone as no one answers and the voice mail was full up so was unable to leave a message - it's probably full of people complaining. I am now attempting to get my money back via my credit card company.
