Good Points

Some very nice goods. Lots of choice. Good prices.


Bad Points

Having to pay to send goods back which are incorrect or badly described in the books,


General Comments

We bought a heater for our swimming pool based on the advert that it fits all pools. Er, no it doesn't and we end up paying £8.00 to return heater. Also we get charged £20.00 for late payment for a statement that didn't arrive until AFTER the payment due date, how do they do that?
