General Comments

I ordered gifts from Ireland on the 08/12/07. On the 13/12 I attempted to contact them by email. No response. I emailed again on the 17/12, this time to the directors and no response. I started to ring them after that but got no answer. Eventually I made contact on the 21/12 only to be told that half my order was dispatched but returned as there was no reply at my home. They are supposed to send me a dispatch confirmation number but that never happened. I don't accept that my gifts were dispatched as nobody contacted me when they attempted to deliver to my home. I have now received my credit card bill with £19.95 charged to me. I have emailed them since asking what it is for, including the directors, quoting legislation from ECC. I don't expect a reply but will not stop till I get my money back and a satisfactory answer.
