Nice Hotel, well located, the entertainment was very good and the food was ok, it wasn't the Ritz but was something there for everyone to eat. The beach was less than five min walk. The bus stops to the parks are just a strole away, shops on the door step. what more do you want and plenty of pubs just in front of hotel.
Bad Points
Staff need to chill out more, and be a bit more friendly.
General Comments
We stayed in the hotel in september 2006 with our little boy who was 6yrs he loved it. The hotel was clean and food was fairly nice.( I have had worse) The night entertainment we couldn't fault, the hotel is situated in a good place , not far from beach, shops,pubs, and eating places. We stayed in a diffrent hotel in benidorm supposed to be better class and didn't like it. We are going back in May 2008 and staying in the ambassador again as we liked it that much, just hope it is as good if not better.
