Seems to be extremely reliable. I've only owned mine for six months or so, but has functioned nearly flawlessly. Used to carry a Kel-Tec 9 but the trigger pull was hard and rough and in normal carry the mag would occasionly pop loose. The Kahr has none of these problems. The trigger pull is long, but is smooth as silk, mag stays where it should and does it's job.
Seems to shoot a little low and left. This may be me and not the firearm so will not start sight adjustment for a while
Kahr recommends firing 200 rounds before carrying for breakin. During this time I experienced one fail to fire. I am happy with mine, hope you enjoy yours as much.
