Bad Points
After about 2 years, the screen got stuck on the creative screen.
General Comments
It was pretty bad after 2 years when it broke down and no one seemed to know how to fix it, plus my battery was dying. To fix it, i bought a new battery and restarted the zen (take out the battery, hold it on "on" and put the battery back in while holding it) and afterwards, it worked out fine. It's been like 5 months since i did that and now it works fine.
