Same Story as Melissa09 below... On our honeymoon, Spainair lost our luggage on route from Frankfurt to Malaga, Spain. We filed a report at the airport and everyday we called afterward, they will still trying to trace the luggage. It's been five months since we returned from Spain, and we have contacted them numerous times via phone and email, to no avail. They won't send us a claims form so we can at least get reimbursement. HORRIBLE customers service. I will NEVER fly Spainair again.
