- Have you made a claim?Yes
Eventually paid out in the end
Bad Points
Took about 6 months to get our claim processed, kept upgrading us without our request, had to send several letters of explanations for claim, finally had to send nasty letter to get their attention, was just a waste of time.
General Comments
would never recommend e&l pet insurance started of paying around £9.00 but eventually crept upto £14+ a month. when you go the vets as soon as said was with e&l was told would have trouble with my claim as they are renowned for not paying out. they eventually paid out but we had to wait over 6 months
