Good Points

The staff are very friendly, the other guests are amazing! i have kept incontact with at least seven people that i made friends with whilst out there! I went out at Christmas (2007) it was very strange having a hot christmas! Father Christmas came by Camel on Christmas Day. There is a team called animations who are young and enthusiastic! and really try to incourage you to get involved and interact with other guests. Although they do respect your decision if you are simple on holiday to swich off and unwind! The food is good! For breakfast they offer full english breakfast, fresh fruit, fresh fruit juice (passionfuit and watermelon is simple out of this world) they also do omelettes and pancakes! (yummy!!) for supper they serve you a five course meal! and if you make friends with the Gardeners they climb trees and fetch coconuts for you to enjoy! I also met a Gardener called Mohammad who made me a hat out of palm leaves. Which i still have! The beach is beautiful, with white white sand and the sea is warm! at low tide the sea is as flat as a mirror then at hightide there is fantastic bodyboarding! There are three plunge pools! which are awsome! if you get five or more people in them, and you all run around in the same direction you create a wirlpool, its the coolest thing! then you lift your feet off the ground and your all spinning! if you are on the beach looking at the sea to the left there is a fast flowing river that runs into the sea. it is a ten minute walk, if you walk upstream and swim in this shallow sand bedded river one is entertained for hours. it is also a really nice walk! but remember your suncream! i really burned my back! There is a jungle restaurant hidden in the back of the beach club which has a lovely feel to it! there is a salon which does alsorts from pedicures to braiding to highlights to massages. it is sooo funny the hair sink thing, that you get at the hairdressers... well there are two next to each other the tap on the sink on the right opporates the hose on the sink on the left! after a few tuskers that was very ammusing! I really miss Kenya! and i strongly recommend going to the indian ocean beach club on diani beach! also a few days on safari! i went to savo east and west and saw everything bar a rhino! we saw all the big cats, hippos, elephants, zebra (my favorite) lots of birds! it was beautiful!!!

Bad Points

Leaving! it was the worst part of the holiday!
