The only bad points I could find for this product was the lack of commercial OTA Downloads. I have a couple of applications but only wish I could expand on them. For more downloads you need to use the Data-cable.
General Comments
I purchased the Motorola Accompli 008, because Carphone Warehouse were selling them off, so I got two. I'm very glad I did. It's pretty much got everything you could need from a phone, with the added extra of being a full-blown PDA at the same time. I would highly recommend it for anyone. You can pretty much (with the help of the handsfree), clip it to your belt and forget about it, it's got automatic answer, and crystal clear sound.
