Price, at the time, was competitive with other discount airlines.
Poor food, limited options for those with dietary restrictions, some rude staff in Glasgow airport, tiny seats, little leg-room, lights frequently don't work.
I would not recommend this airline to anyone. I have had several poor experiences with them, and now happily fly with Zoom or Thomas Cook - neither of which are significantly more expensive, but have much better customer service. In particular, their treatment of my fragile cargo was awful - it came down with all the other items on the baggage carousel! Not worth the hassle.
