Good Points

Locating balances and transactions is relatively easy.


Bad Points

The web site formatting is poor, their "ebill" system is difficult to understand and use, their Email alert system is confusing.


General Comments

I have used many banking web sites over the years, and Bank of America's is the worst. They use terminology that confuses the simplest tasks, their automatic bill pay system is poor constructed, and finding answers on their web site is unnecessarily difficult. They need to do a better job of designing the site for their customers, not their employees.
