I really like this machine, it's easy to use and maintain and most importantly it makes an excellent cup of coffee and the steam function is very good.
The first machine was unreliable. Was in Gaggia workshop 5 times in 9 months with various faults. All done as warranty work.
Gaggia dealt promptly with the several problems we had with the first machine and agreed to replace it. The new machine arrived yesterday - fingers crossed we won't have the same experience this time around.
