Good Points

The only good point about AXA is the price you pay. But this quickly disappears when you make a claim.


General Comments

AXA my be the cheapest insurance but once this claim is settled I for one will go back to my more expensive insurer. Almost a hour on the phone, cross examination over how my with dropped a bottle of bleach on the landing carpet. They want us to take photographs of the damage also before and after photo's of where the bleach bottle was and also where my wife was standing. Also fill in a form with details of the event that they insisted on recording and writing down on the phone. They also require proof of purchase for the carpet. If you cannot do this within 14 days they will cancel the claim. All this for a £226 claim.
