Good internet bank site. Easy to set up.

General Comments
Was recommended RBS by a friend who banks with them in business. Met the business manager and went through all the forms. Bit of a pain getting all the IDs but once set up, all appears to be running fine. Service and competence seems to vary considerably between branches - my branch seems business aware and we discussed accepting credit card payments etc. Another branch which I had to use to get some documents forwarded seemed to have problems working the photocopier (put the paper in and press the green button guys!) Coming to end of first year so waiting to see what the charges will be like. Use internet banking and that works really well - easy to set up and good user interface. Only downside is low business savings rates so have gone elsewhere to set up business savings account.
