Good Points

They sent the claim forms.


Bad Points

They dont respond to the forms unless you phone.


General Comments

Waiting seven months for settlement of claim, one delaying tactic after another, they agree on the phone its a genuine case but still require more and more information , the biggest sticking, I had a prolapse while in malaysia, travelling on one of their buses, very cramped position for about 4 hours with twisted sitting position, they said my doctor must confirm this, How can he ?, he was"nt their. he told me, it can happen anytime, just twisting on a chair can give you the problem ,where do I go from here?
