They're useless

General Comments

This company 'attempted' to deliver my new bank card a while back. I wasn't in so they didn't leave a card. A few weeks later my card expired and when I asked my bank where my new one was they said it was with SMS and they were waiting for me to contact them. How on earth am I supposed to contact someone when I don't even know who they are?!? The bank gave me their number and I called them. They couldn't find my card. So the bank issued a new one. Same thing happened. This time SMS sent me a letter a week later saying they couldn't deliver my card. I called to rearrange delivery but guess what, they couldn't find it.
This went after the third time I went into my branch and burst into tears. They tried to sort things out but failed. In the end they came to the conclusion that SMS just couldn't find my address (in the middle of a city) so they changed my address to the branch address and the card was sent there. This bank no longer use SMS for card deliveries. I'm very pleased with this.

Unfortunately, I've just had an email from them asking me to contact them to arrange delivery of something else. I've no idea what this is as I'm not due any new cards. I also don't know why they're contacting me through email. My mail program has them marked as spam so I'm a little uncertain about this. I've asked my friends to place their bets on how long it will be before I get this delivery. This should be interesting.
