Dreadful internet banking service
General Comments
My final straw with the Co-op banks dreadfully unreliable internet banking service came when the site was down for TWO WHOLE WEEKS in the run up to Christmas 2007. I had to resort to paying all our suppliers and contractors by cheque and apologise profusely that they wouldn't have cleared funds in time for the festive season.
I'm shifting our business account to one that actually has a functioning internet banking service that doesn't let you down when you most need it.
