Customer service does not exist
Booked holiday for Kenya for January 2008. Due to unrest and riots had to contact customer services for travel updates. They were rude and not at all helpful. Just did not want to listen to my concerns, they were only intrested in offering alternative holiday. When I told them I wanted refund they made me wait until the last minute to receive confirmation flight and holiday were cancelled. Chocolate teapot and customer services, are they the same thing.
