Good Points

Good range in the catalogue of quality and price
French designs seem to have better shape than some of the English.
Have some really different ideas


Bad Points

Slow delivery times (can take up to 2 months if items are coming from France)
Availability of items poor


General Comments

Tried buying my Christmas present from here. Out of 33 items ordered, I ended up with 15, half of which were no good because the items to go with them were unavailable (eg in a trouser suit, the jacket was received, but the trousers were unavailable).
It didn't help that the courier lost the first parcel which I was subsequently charged for and had to claim for.
Virtually impossible to speak to a manager or anybody else in charge. Telephoned at 9.30 in the morning and was told the supervisor was not in.
