Good Points

I am new customer with mbna platinum plus, I have received my cheques and my pin but not the credit card, I also received an e-mail to say that I should have received my creditcard. I telephoned them to tell what I had received. Told them have not yet received the card. They said they had not issued one because of high demand and they ran-out, why have they e-mailed me saying i should have received my card. Good service? Keep it up.

General Comments

I do not blame mbna in a way, because postal service we receive here is pathetic, I received my statement for another credit card which was posted in November received in January. Postal service should be answerable, why it took them so long to deliver a letter, over 2 moths delay. Pathetic service good thing I pay by direct debit. Clever thinking otherwise I would have messed my credit report, plus, late payment, higher interest rates, and ruined credit worthiness.
