I ordered flowers to be delivered on the next available date that THEY stated, these were for a funeral! Instead of arriving on the saturday they arrived on the following Monday... after I had emailed the company, and low and behold they delivered 2 bouquets and have charged me for both. I have emailed for a refund only to get a email back saying they are busy and to talk online to there customer services my computer is not compatible with there software. Why did they not give me a phone number?
