General Comments
After ordering an item on I Want One Of Those at the start of December I didn't receive it. Spoke to someone on the 20th of December who told me my item had been despatched to my old address, despite my address being changed on my account. I asked them to send the item to me again by express delivery so I would get it before Christmas. They said that even by express delivery they couldn't guarantee to get the item to me and they'd recommend I cancel my order. They told me they'd refund my money straight away. It 's the 10th of January and I'm still waiting.
My boyfriend ordered the same item for me from another company and they got it to me before Christmas and it cost less.
