Great easy to use site with simple instructions clearly laid out. I use every day this is quite simply the easiest way to do banking by far.

Fantastic can go back into any bank records I need and print off. Royal Bank of Scotland Internet Banking is clear and easy to use and I have never had a problem yet after using every day for 2yrs at least. The security is good i never have to go into town now i've even had all bank statements stopped from being sent to me I just don't need them get a 6 monthly one when and if I need it lol very up to date clear and concise.
