Bad Points
Ever since I've used them there's been a noticable smell (one which I never get if I use any other straighteners), but that's about the only bad point about them. And to be fair it might just be the rubbish that I put on my hair rather than the actual straighteners giving off a smell.

Love these straighteners, even though they've just stopped working on me. I'm still going to go out and buy some more though as they are just that cheap that i can. Plus I'm gonna send them off to get repaired which will probably take ages so I think i'd best get off to the shops now! Otherwise I don't know what I'll do without some tomorrow morning!! I had GHDs until they broke about a day after the warranty expired (just my luck!), so I had to run to the shops with little money to try and find some alternative (I'm not sad it's just I have a style that needs straightening every day). I found these straighteners for £40 in Boots, and had to get them even though I was a bit wary about them. I was so glad i did though as they are every bit as good as GHDs, but a third of the price. It seems as everywhere sells them for £40 at the moment, which is handy because they just died on me after two years. Sounds a bit gutting but I do use them every single day so I can't blame them for dying really. Good job they come with a 5year warranty! I also especially love the heat mat - it gives me piece of mind that I won't burn my floor or anyone else's.
