None, even the prices aren't cheap anymore! Thomas Cook cost the same and you get a friendly, helpful approach at all ends!
Flight delays. Unhelpful customer services, check-in staff and flight attendants.
In addition to the bad points, they seem to have old planes wherein nothing seems to works properly. Bumpy landings. Found meals were awful and infrequent and as for free drinks - a total waste of time! Waiting an hour and a half for bags after a 9 hour flight without a single representative there to explain the delay. 450 people were being kept waiting!
