I always book my flights in North Sydney. I find the advisers there helpful and would go out of their way to help me. I once stupidly turned up at the airport without my ticket! Called my agent and she organised another ticket for me within 2 hours of my call. I was totally stressed as people were waiting for me to board the plane! She made it just in the nick of time!
