General Comments

I tell you what, these people at Ocean Finance Loans are great. I applied to that annoying advert on the TV to Picture the Loan. They seemed really helpful taking my application, then without warning rejected me. Turns out that I had a credit card with a £15 balance that my direct debit had been cancelled on hadn't been paid for 3 months. Picture then classed me as a bad credit risk! Ocean were able to get me a brilliant rate with a lender that ignored the credit card adverse (I have now cleared the card). All sorted in 2 weeks, a Senior Underwriter dealt with my application and she was very knowledgeable.
