In my opinion I have experienced.. rude and unhelpful customer service.
Not sending out priority's.
Items appeared in list I didn't ask for. Item sent not in list.

General Comments

I been using this for 3 months. The items in my list as priority haven't been sent in order I asked.

Changed my list on 9th January and an item was sent to me on 10th that was not on my list. Customer service was rude telling me it was on list. I only had HD and Blueray on list so I a startard DVD was not on it. It may have been in September but was removed a long long time ago. However customer service wanted to be shirty and rude and argue it was there but couldn't check my list from the 9th. It was NOT there! Don't recommend Tesco DVD Rental!
