I use Night Nurse Liquid a lot me, I have one dose in the morning and one at night and I have found that I very rarely suffer from the symptoms of Cold and Flu. I would agree with the manufacturers claims that this product also relieves headache and more generalised aches and pains too as Night Nurse contains paracetamol. I firmly believe that Night Nurse complements a restful nights sleep too, please don't be like me and drink too much, always adhere to the instructions and don't exceed the dosage information.
