Very friendly, speaks english, Very flexible - we lost luggage at arrival and they just waited a reasonable time for us :-)

Bad Points
Children/Baby seats in a "well used" condition.
Should be replaced more often.
General Comments
Many times used cause we travel often to crete and always took anna cars! Would never change and will always tell friends!
