Slow delivery. Sent package that was missing an item.


General Comments

I ordered a Human Anatomy book which came as a package with a cd-rom. The book came without the CD, and now it is too late to return it. Also, I think their customer service is atrocious and the book I ordered took forever to come. I will NEVER buy books from them again.
