Pfew! Where shall I start.........


General Comments


We have had to make a (1st time in 10 years) claim after a car accident.
AA directed us to speak to the underwriters & did not want to deal with our queries at all.
They have dragged their feet from the beginning. Our claim has been going on for 4 months! We have to constantly telephone them to chase it up & often are fobbed off by incompetent staff.
We will never go with the AA again. They are quick to take the premiums but some of the customer service is disgusting.
Never again.
