Nell is good - but you only get a little encourage

The work out it brilliant - it is very hard and always leaves you feeling like you have achieved something.
The explanation is a little lacking and this could be discouraging - other DVD's I have done like Davina McCall seem to make more of an effort to keep you engaged and remind you that you are doing well.
I do recommend this DVD but you need to be serious about working out and getting fit - this is not for the faint hearted!
